How to create an invoice
Fill in your business details and your client's details, then give the invoice a number and set the issue and due dates. Add your logo if you have one.
Add each product or service as a line item with a quantity and unit price. Set your VAT or sales tax rate and any discount; the totals update instantly in the preview.

What should an invoice include?
Your business name and contact details, your client's details, a unique invoice number, the issue and due dates, a description of each item with quantities and prices, any tax, the total due and how to pay. VAT-registered UK businesses must also show their VAT number.
Is this invoice generator really free?
Yes. There's no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on the number of invoices you create.
Do you store my invoices?
No. Your invoice is created entirely in your browser. A draft is saved only on your own device so you don't lose your work.
Can I invoice in naira, CFA francs or other currencies?
Yes. Choose from pounds, euros, dollars, naira, CFA francs, cedis, shillings, rand and more. Currency symbols such as ₦ and ₵ are fully supported in the PDF.
