How it works
How to prepare for an interview
Choose your role type, seniority and the question types you want: motivation, behavioural, situational, technical, leadership and questions to ask them. Add the job title and company to personalise the questions.
Open any question to see what the interviewer is looking for and jot down your answer. Behavioural and leadership questions use the STAR method: Situation, Task, Action, Result.

Common questions
What is the STAR method?
A simple way to structure answers to “Tell me about a time…” questions: describe the Situation, your Task, the Actions you personally took and the Result, ideally with a number. It keeps answers focused and memorable.
How long should my answers be?
Around one to two minutes for most questions. Long enough to give context and a result, short enough to keep the conversation flowing.
How many questions should I practise?
Prepare five to eight strong stories that you can adapt to many questions, rehearse the classics (“Tell me about yourself”, “Why this company?”) and have two or three questions ready to ask.
Are my notes private?
Yes. Everything runs in your browser and your notes are saved only on your device.
